is a professional client satisfaction and loyalty survey designed
specifically for the veterinary market. Qualivet is supplied
in the form of a kit, containing questionnaires, pens, clipboards,
posters and a mailing box. Qualivet uses modern statistical
techniques to measure from the questionnaires client satisfaction
results by category of service in the veterinary practice,
and takes these results to then identify the key drivers for
increasing client loyalty to the practice. The final results
are then combined in a detailed report, which is presented
to the practice management team.
From the report, the practice will be able
to identify which areas of the practice score highly, and
which areas need further attention. This approach ensures
that the practice management do not waste time and effort
on areas that are of no importance to the clients.
Qualivet has been available since early 2003,
and is the most widely used loyalty and satisfaction survey
for veterinary practices in the UK and France.
